Meditation, Adult Development, and HealthPart IINew York Psychosynthesis Institute This is the second of three articles to establish a foundation of meditation practice for adult development. In the context of these articles, meditation is seen as a preventative method with mental and emotional health benefits. In the first article, the necessity of spiritual consciousness for healthy adult development was described. In this article, adult suffering and the types of meditation to help that suffering are described.
